Delivery Methodology

We cover domains across Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Payroll, Procurement and T&E under a tentative training duration between 2 to 4 weeks depending on overall program coverage. All our trainings are Classroom ILT Sessions Blended with eLearning for self study.

Additionally we include a refresher on basics of accounting 20 hours and Domain specific training (AP/OTC/R2R etc) under 60 hours. Depending on the client we also include an excel full skilling training course of 16 hours and SAP ERP Training 24 hours.

Throughout the course, be it pre-assessment, mid assessment and post training we include practical surrounding F&A Gateway, batches, F&A CSR Programs, EXL & DSM re-skilling programs at Agent and Managerial level for F&A across towers.
