Corporate initiative taken for uplifting of society by doing social service in different modes be it A forestation, Cleaning Society , Sponsoring kids for education from Below poverty line, providing employment to youth by up skilling their communication and domain knowledge ,supporting Females for education, employment and serving society in other many creative ways.
MindMap with its expertise in the field of training and recruitment had collaborated with NASSCOM Foundation for execution of Genpact Reach Higher program which was designed and focussed on Commerce graduates were they got trained for 150 hours ( 60 hours domain –Accounts and 90 hours of communication / interview prep.)
Reach Higher program was executed in region of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for year 2015-16 and 2016-17 with cumulative numbers of 1000 trained , 750 certified out of which 525 placed with a rate of 70% in MNCs like Cognizant, Wellsfargo, WNS, Genpact, Factset, IBM and other MNCs.
